Shipping Charge
We can ship to Internationally any address in the world. Customers gets a special shipping price and shipping within India is Free!
The shipping price and delivery schedule is as per Fedex, Delhivery, Bluedart and DHL.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.
When you place choose products that you want to purchase, the site gives a Shipping Cost Estimation within the Shopping cart. This charge gets added to the Product Price at the final stage of check and you can review before you pay the total amount to CC-Avenue, Pay-U, Paypal.
Delivery schedules / Dates
Our merchandise is shipped by Fedex, Delhivery, Bluedart and DHL courier agencies.
Delivery Schedule
For Indian Metros it will take 2-3 working days
For Indian Major Cities it will take 2-3 working days
For Rest of Indian City (as per Fedex List) it will take 3-4 working days.
For all International Major Cities DHL, Fedex will take 6-7 working Days
For all International other Cities DHL, Fedex will take 6-7 working Days.
Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to My Account, view the order using the Complete Orders link and then click the Return Item button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This email will also appear in View Communications under My Account sections.
For International Orders
* We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx.
* For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards or PayPal (available under Wallets). You can also pay by bank transfer by contacting us.
* We charge International Shipping based on your location and order.
* Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
* No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.
* We dispatch the products in one business day. Products usually take 3-5 days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order. We ship via DHL/FedEx.
* We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible, but there may be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated period), you can contact us.
* Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted by our logistics partner on the email and phone number provided while placing the order.

* No exchange/return is applicable on international orders. For any size-related queries, please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer, and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the package.
